FEATURED POETRY: SEPTEMBER 2026
It’s not supposed to be this way.
I should not suppose to miss you or wonder about the life we could have had.
I’ve moved past the goodbye,
but there’s still a part of me that asks…
“What if?”
But I wish I had known that finding peace without you wouldn’t mean I had stopped
longing for the life I thought we’d have.
My mind knows there’s no turning back,
but my heart still sings as if you never left.
